TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
I. Subject Matter
Art. 1. (1) These Terms of Use are intended to regulate the relationship between “REVPAR” Ltd., UIC 206140826 (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) and the visitors of the website www.revpar.bg (hereinafter referred to as the “Visitors”).
(2) By accessing and loading the Website, the Visitors agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any subsequent amendments thereto, and undertake to comply with them.

Art. 3. The website www.revpar.bg provides Visitors with information regarding the Provider’s activities, services and prices, as well as access to published news and materials, the possibility to publish opinions and comments, view uploaded content, and perform all actions necessary for the full use of the Website in accordance with its purpose.
III. Intellectual Property
Art. 4. (1) All publications on the Website are the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider and are protected under the Copyright and Related Rights Act. They may not be used in any way without the Provider’s prior written consent.
(2) Images on the Website, as well as other visual elements constituting intellectual property of the Provider, may not be used or reproduced in any manner by third parties without prior written consent.
(3) Any unauthorized use of materials published on the Website without the Provider’s permission constitutes an infringement, for which the offender bears civil, administrative and criminal liability in accordance with applicable Bulgarian legislation.
Art. 5. (1) The Provider does not permit the use in any form of the Website content by displaying all or part of the materials published therein on another website.
(2) Linking to materials on the Website from other websites is permitted provided it is carried out in accordance with good morals and commercial practice and does not create any doubt regarding the Provider’s authorship of the materials, so that Visitors are not misled.
IV. Personal Data Protection
Art. 6. (1) The Provider takes measures to protect Visitors’ personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), applicable European and Bulgarian legislation, as well as the Privacy Policy published on its website.
(2) The Provider does not transmit identifying information to third parties. Technical information and information regarding Website usage by Users is processed by the company maintaining the platform on which the Website is hosted, in compliance with data protection and information security requirements.
(3) The Provider collects and processes cookie data in accordance with its Policy, which Visitors are informed of upon loading the Website.
V. Amendments to the Terms of Use
Art. 7. (1) These Terms of Use may be amended by the Provider at any time, with the amended Terms published on the Website together with a notice to Visitors regarding the changes.
(2) Amendments to these Terms of Use shall apply to all Visitors from the moment they are published on the Website.
VI. Limitation of Liability
Art. 8. (1) The Provider provides access to the Website content “as is” and does not guarantee that the guidance in the Website materials will lead to the results desired by Visitors.
(2) The Provider is not liable for damages or lost profits incurred by Visitors as a result of materials published on the Website.

Art. 9. Visitors undertake to comply with ethical standards and not to damage the reputation of the Provider when using the Website and its materials.
Art. 10. For matters not regulated by these Terms of Use relating to the performance and interpretation of this agreement, the provisions of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
Art. 11. These Terms of Use enter into force for all Visitors of the Website as of 01.01.2020.
